SDAF’s Chamber Margins is a project that tracks the partisan makeup of all 50 states’ legislative chambers. Chamber Margins is updated daily as we learn of changes in any of the 7,000+ legislative seats. At the state legislative level, there are changes throughout every year due to resignations, special elections, appointments, and other events. We strive to keep these numbers updated at all times.
